Refund policy

At Solvivo, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been used, damaged by misuse, or returned without original packaging.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll gladly arrange a replacement.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping unless required by local consumer protection laws.
